Delivery Info

Effective date: Last updated: 10/07/2026

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all countries within the European Union.

Deliveries to destinations outside the EU are possible by arrangement. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, shipping method, cost, customs handling, and delivery time for your destination.

2. Delivery terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made [EXW [Kutina] / FCA [Kutina] / DAP [destination] — choose one] in accordance with Incoterms® 2020. The applicable Incoterm and the point at which cost and risk pass to the Customer are stated in the order confirmation.

Decision needed. Pick your default Incoterm — it defines who pays freight/insurance and where risk transfers:

  • EXW (Ex Works) — buyer collects from your premises and bears all cost/risk from there. Lowest obligation for you.
  • FCA (Free Carrier) — you hand goods to the buyer’s carrier at your site; common and cleaner than EXW for exports.
  • DAP (Delivered at Place) — you arrange and pay carriage to the buyer’s address; risk passes on arrival. Most buyer-friendly. Whichever you choose, state it here and in every order confirmation.

3. Shipping methods and carriers

Products are shipped by [road freight / pallet carrier / dedicated transport], selected according to size, weight, and destination. For large or heavy items (e.g. platforms, wood-processing machines), transport is arranged individually and quoted per order.

4. Delivery times

Lead times depend on the product, order volume, and current production capacity, and are confirmed in writing for each Order.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, dimensions, and the agreed Incoterm, and are quoted per Order before confirmation.

6. Customs, duties, and taxes (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related charges are the responsibility of the Customer unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will provide the commercial and shipping documents required for export.

7. Risk and inspection on receipt

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer at the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any transport damage or shortage in writing without undue delay (and within [e.g. 8 days]), keeping the packaging and, where possible, photographs.
